Esther is a very knowledgable coach and fitness trainer that will help guide you to the best version of you. She is bilingual and great at helping to push you to get better. She is one of those coaches that you walk out thanking for kicking your butt!
Sarah is a certified personal trainer and certified Yoga Alliance yoga teacher. Her first love is yoga, but Sarah’s clients also enjoy her core blast and full body HIIT workouts. At home, Sarah stays busy as a 2x boy mom with her husband and their pup Winny.
Raised in Mid Missouri by a baseball coach, fitness was always integrated into Zach’s life at an early age. His sister was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and did not have the ability to walk so Zach always took it upon himself to use and move his body the best he could, creating a love for fitness.
He is a former college athlete turned fitness junkie and overall practitioner of health. He is the General Manager of the facility and loves to help new clients find the right program for them. He also helps organize and run all of our awesome challenges, events and supports our trainers in everything.
Being a level 2 crossfit certified trainer, you may think Steven is all about pushing people to their limit, and he just might be haha. But he actually has adapted his crossfit knowledge with functional movements and teaching so people stay safe, healthy, and see incredible results.
